Gary is a citizen-airman with over a decade of leading high-performing teams working on high-visibility projects and initiatives and achieving complex goals. He has a proven ability to strategically build relationships to efficiently complete objectives and navigate high pressure situations. He also has over ten years of experience in Human Resources, training, employee engagement, training, management of competencies, and labor relations. His unique blend of military and civilian career experiences provides tremendous value to VCJ’s mission.
Gary holds a Masters of Public Administration from Ohio University, a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and General Management from Ohio Dominican University, and an Associates of Science, Military Applied Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force.
